Full time Hiring:
We are specialists in ERP space and can provide the industry best profiles in no time. Based on the job description, we can locate the best suitable profiles and offer you for the interviews. We do initial screening base don your job description and help you schedule the interviews with candidates. Your experts or SMEs can directly come to the interview discussions with candidates and the balance will be taken care by our executives thus saving time. We have the ability to provide talent in any skill and any volume.
Sub-Contracting:
If you are running short of certain skills and are required urgently, you can hire our consultants as a sub-contractor. We identify, screen and offer you the right candidate who can start working on the day you finalize. This will reduce your recruitment lead time and you do not have the liability to continue once your requirement is over, thus saving your employee cost. We will also mentor the resource to scale up to the customer needs and deliver the quality work
Train & Hire:
Always there is a struggle for Niche skills and it will be a big challenge for the organizations to staff the projects especially when there is a need of specific niche skills. For a specific skill ramp up, we conduct customer specific training on the skill and offer them for placement. We have the best in class training facilities with in-house training faculty.
